Randy,I've got a story/idea that might work. I was a member of a frat in college and personally despised car-wash fund raisers. So, with an interest in the movies, I contacted our local cinema to have a special show. We cut a deal to bring a film the kids liked, (Dazed and Confused, Half-Baked, Bordello of Blood, etc.) and also threw in a small drink and popcorn for a small price. I started that in '96,ran it then and again in '97 before I let someone else do it beofre I graduated in Spring '99. We've always had crowds about 300-350 per show. (The trick is the club or organization sponsoring has to come up with "x" amount of dollars beofre they profit. I made every member sell 5 tickets. (60 members x 5 = 300) So that we had enough to pay for the film, theater, and free cokes, and made a cool thousand or so. It beat the hell out of washing cars! --Chris
