Remove the power supply from the back (8 screws) of the processor and then the cover (6 screws) from the supply. The DC power wiring harness has a 10 pin connector on the supply end and a 7 pin connector on the DA20 end. The part number for this wiring harness/connector is DPN 83268. You should replace this with a new one. I can send you one for free if you'd like. Just let me know where. A word of caution however, if the pins on the power supply board have gotten too burned as Trevor mentioned, you should replace the whole power supply. A new harness/connector will fail again if you have only replaced the harness. The corrosion on the pins will prevent good contact even with a new connector. If you do end up replacing the power supply, it is a Cat. No. 679 power supply. The molex connectors are a little burnt, but not bad. However the contacts (both the plug and the pins) were fairly corroded. I filed the corrosion off of the contacts and reconnected the power supply. The unit works perfectly. (Was even tracking a 1-1. for most of "Reindeer Games") However, I am arranging to get a new power supply and wire harness through the company that sold us the used unit.
