My direct involvement with CAP Code ended 18 years ago with the work I did as part of the team that invented the original version. My contacts at the Motion Picture Association tell me that it continues to be successful in prosecuting piracy. Distributors obviously must feel it is still effective, or they wouldn't be paying for it. Why don't you contact Brad H., Ken J. or Tom S. at MPA and get the scoop directly from them? (Mr. Vee doesn't tell me anything. )
