Thanks for the thought, but it would be best if you did not try to use a QSC amp to weld with, for obvious safety concerns. Besides, the safety features of the amp would likely shut it down for a time. Maybe a more appropreiate statement would be to say QSC amps are bullit proof, though I would not use them for target practice--another safety issue. For more info go to:

Yeah, I was told that Cinemark used to have the amps inside the CFS consoles but they quit doing that...

1) It was too hot.

2)The weight was causing the console frames to bend!

Projectors can cause CFS consoles to bend. Although they won't admit to it. But they will sell you a kit to fix it.
