Um, the pages are already in HTML. The real usefulness is when the vast material available is searchable, and there is already a search engine for that purpose. Right?A simple conversion to XML and, for example, the DocBook DTD, could provide a more durable format, and one that could be printed on paper with a minimum of effort as there are a number of DocBook print style sheets available. Such a conversion could be done on the fly, so the fact that new posts are added to the forum is not a problem as such. The trick would instead be to know where to say "enough" and make the conversion (and thus, the book). You may disregard this post if you don't know what I'm talking about. A lot of the work I do when I'm not screening films has to do with tech writing and XML, so I'm quite used to not making sense.
