OHHH.. here's an idea. How about they cut each individual frame off and send them to us, 3 per envelope with 10 frames of leader on each side!!! Of course an exageration, but it gives you an idea of how much time is wasted breaking the movie down for shipment and building it back to show and back down for shipment again. We should at least get them on 6000's with the option for reels (theatres that are running changovers).  |  IP: Logged Dick Vaughan Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1032 From: Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK Registered: Jul 2000 posted 09-01-2000 03:18 AM                        How about when you receive ten reels of 70mm from a supposed respected cinema and there are no heads and tails on any of the reels apart from the leader on reel one and the tail on reel ten. There was no identification on any of the other eight reels so we didn't even know if they were in the right cans. The considerate projectionist at the previous cinema eventually mailed the missing heads and tails to us a week after our showdate.  |  IP: Logged John Wilson Film God Posts: 5438 From: Sydney, Australia.
