They are on 30 amp, double pole breakers. They're not tripping.

It just seems like the igniter occasionally stops before it's completed the ignition?

As stated before, the lamps run fine. Every now-n-then they require motivation to start.

Either pressing the ignite button or turning of the lamp house power and then turning it back on fixes it every time.

This is new to me.
