A further word of advice to the topic starter - since I joined this site in the middle of last year I've noticed two or three VERY senior figures in the UK cinema industry post just once or twice, i.e. very infrequently. That fact that they're not posting all the time doesn't mean that they're not reading other people's contributions. To re-iterate: Internet forums of any description are very public places and if you have anything less than 110% positive to say about a named individual, do so privately or not at all. By doing so in public, then at the very least you'll cause needless distress and the worst possible outcome is ending up in court.
