All the members are asking for is that one of the representatives from TES interact here and answer some questions concerning their policies. There have been some valid complaints made here with no one to defend the company or to provide suitable answers. In the past, there have been several other companies with poor reports from the field that have been repaired by one of their people coming on the forum to offer explanations, correcting any problems that they had by what they learned from real people in the field, and even to offer advice on how to use their products and services better. These are now some of the most known and valued members on the forum. This is an excellent chance for Technicolor to do the same. Such an opportunity would definitely show that the people in charge of Technicolor cares about their services and has a desire to improve upon it. Film-Tech members represent their target audience!
