I find it kind of funny/disgusting that the only real "problem" ever mentioned with the DTS system is the fact that the disks are separate from the print and therefore don't always arrive with the print.

What they don't mention is that this wouldn't BE a problem if all of the first run theatre people were doing their jobs, i.e. putting the disks back in the can at ship-out.
