What should I tell the projectionists it does when they run their fingers in between the rollers on the brain (how exactly does it damage it)? We do have the green rollers.

Look in the "tips" section under "Threading 101" for visual instruction. Running your fingers between the rollers will knock them out of round on the shaft every time. The only solution is to replace them and re-train your operators.
