Mark, we have produced high performance, low noise reverse scan preamp boards in limited quantities for some Australian cinema dealers. However we have not put them on the general market, mainly because until recently we did not have a source for solar cells, which are usually soldered to the preamp board. Thus it was necessary to pull the cell off the old board and solder it onto ours. This situation has since changed, but with digital being so popular now, I am not sure there is that much interest in improving the quality of the optical end of things, at least not enough to warrant producing replacement preamp boards for a whole host of different projectors.

BTW I do not regard myself as a guru, there are plenty of others more deserving of that title than me. But thanks anyway
