One thing to consider also, is that there are 2 jumpers inside the DTS unit that have to be on if you are chasing SMPTE time code. They have to be removed if you want to chase DTS timecode. What I do is wire those jumpers to a switch that I mount to the back of the DTS unit. That way, when they are switching the timecode cables, they flip the switch to read the right timecode.
