As I understand it the SDDS trailers will be downloadable from the site including the original "Pyramid" trailer

But SDDS boxen still have to get sent out for repair by the same people who fix VCR's and VAIO's? Is that correct? If so then someone's priorities are screwed up. Or did I read that wrong?

Steve,

Here in Europe the engineer who repairs SDDS equipment is trained specifically for that brand.

At the repair centre at Sony UK there is an engineer who fixes all SDDS readers, boards etc.

He does not fix Vaios or VCR's.

But even if he did whats the problem with that ?
