Author Topic: continuing the splice topic started in the you suck thread Nathan Wade Film Handler Posts: 4 From: Gainesville, GA, USA Registered: Feb 2003 posted 08-25-2003 12:05 PM                     What I used to do when I was building a print was have the one of the blades moved about 1/8 of an inch that will have the tape over-lapping over the edge. Using that yellow "I" marked tape I pulled the tape to where it would be clear on the film to leave a yellow mark on the edge of the splice. I folded the hanging splice over the edge and the splice is marked. By The way I sometimes make it hard to separate the splice I hope this won't put me in the "YOU SUCK" category...
