Registered: Apr 2001 posted 01-03-2004 01:35 PM                     The TA10 treats an intermission the same way as it treats an end of feature. Once the dowser closes the alarms are turned off. That way if the film runs out the projector stops without setting off the alarm. If the show start cue goes thru then the 7 second countdown to dowser open takes place. You can however ensure the alarms are active at all times by placing another end show cue at some point BEFORE the dowser closes. That way if anything should happen the alarms will sound. The modification I mentioned does have a very different profile on the roller and has an IC on the board. Its worth mentioning that you MUST use both items together. Just ask CE for the FM35 (37) upgrade, they will know what you need. Better still give them a call.... They will want to make sure your problem is sorted.  |  IP: Logged
