Pete, in your market you could re-mortgage your house, retire and still buy a PK-60 [Big Grin] The kids should be sold before high maintinance kicks in and they still have some value [Smile] If you had bought Carmike, AMC, Strong a few years ago you would have your 2nd million [Cool] The PK-60 has more bells and whistles when you compare pricing, even with our weak dollar.
