I just realized I don't have any internal pictures of the place; just a couple shots of the exterior. I'll have to take in the digital camera tomorrow night. There's nothing too fancy about the place. It's just a small neighborhood theater rather than a palace like the Oriental on the east side. It does have it's charm, however. I also have an external shot of the place on it's opening day in 1935. Pretty cool!

As for the equipment, we're just using the standard platter/xenon 35mm projector set-up that most people here are probably using as well. I forget the exact models. I'll get some pictures in the booth as well. One of the interesting things about the place is that it was originally a Trans-Lux rear projection theater. I don't think that set-up lasted very long. However, this is a room behind the screen which I assume was the projection room; there's a patched up hole in the roof that looks like it might have been the vent with patched up port holes in the wall near by.
