PC-RTAjr is a computer-based RTA, however it requires a proprietary(?) board to be installed in the comp, and the rest is done by the software.
The only other program I know of that'd do it is winscope, but don't know how accurate it is and how it really works. I played with it for a few hours once just for the fun of it and with the sound board I was using at the time it showed low sensibility (sp?) and didn't respond well to some mids and high frequencies. It may have performed that way because I was using a std. mic and not the ones for RTA.
I think the program is available somewhere in the manuals section

Paul,
there is no free RTA, but if you want to test your rooms, you can download SpectraLab, for example, with a 30 days licence and all the features working.

But, Luciano is right, you must have a flat balanced mic and a good audio board.

Ciao
Nando
