Even a theater with a 0 degree tilt and perfectly centered will have SOME amount of keystoning, thus requiring the edges to be cut ever so slightly curved. That is even more pronounced with curved screens. So no, that is not a good solution.

Since I always start from a blank plate a dremel is my standard starter with the auger bit file for the rest
