The early deliveries are apparently ending this week, as it was a temporary DHL thing. [Frown]

Ahh I was starting to enjoy getting all the prints on Wednesday.

Bahh we just got an email from our booker stating that Waiting will be delivered via courier at 9am tomorrow. I was hoping to preview it.

Man, I loved getting the movies in on Wed, I say we all call Technicolor and bug them until they switch it permanently [Big Grin]

Not sure if its entirely up to Tech, that decision likely involves the studios.

Dustin is right, it's not up to Technicolor. Buena Vista started that nonsense when TES was formed by demanding the prints not be delivered more than 24 hours prior to the first showtime for piracy fear...then it just became the way they did business as new studios joined the service.

I suppose if you really wanted to get at the people responsible, you could always conveniently fail to play the trailers and display their posters, banners and standees of the studios that ship from TES. [evil]

(Yes, yes I know trailers are mandated by the chains. It's a joke.)

Last week I set a personal record of 8-8-16. That's 8 builds, 8 outs, and 16 moves. So when the two orange-can prints came in a day early, I was thrilled and built them both up to hack into the 8-print mountain.

After a couple of weeks of not getting prints on Wednesday but on Thursday I just received one copy of Chicken Little today. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow for the other one.

We got our Chicken Little today too. Guess I'll stage a FREE midnight show tonight for all the little pirates out there! (Note to Disney: I'm kidding.)
