Again, thanks for the input. I have done so many installs, they all become a blur. I know all of the obstacles along the way. I was just curious how the flat rate was handled. My last install, after 7 days of sitting in my hotel room waiting for the screen guys to finish, I finally left. But I was paid for those 7 days of coming in and yelling at the workers!!! Don't get me wrong, It is good money, just not the way I like to earn it. As a said before, 8,000 for 3 weeks seemed a little low, because I know the estimated 3 weeks will be more like 6. I know how to handle this now. Thanks for the input, Rick
