I experience many tails coming loose and the occasional thrown print , Brad is correct is saying that timing it mostly the cause. In my location our local mains power supply is very irregular , should be 240v but travels from 230v to 260v causing many problems for us , one being platter speeds are all over the place.

I made up my own little keeper which works well , with problem prints i sometimes put 3 or 4 around the print.
