China meeting ISO UL CE CCC standards, where can we go for junk today? Mark  |  IP: Logged Gordon McLeod Film God Posts: 9532 From: Toronto Ontario Canada Registered: Jun 99 posted 09-30-2006 10:55 AM                     Do not misunderstand me high end equipment has its place but not in many comercial enviroments where the performance is unecassary Since I use a lot of QSC I never knock them as they are reliable but in small theatres they are overkill and do not allow any econimic advantage But then a few years ago you were always telling me how bad QSC was anyway when you were selling Smart(AB amps) to Keith and BGW A cinema is a comercial venture and it is beholden on the system designer to work out a package that will give the performance and the reliablity that the end user can afford to payfor and with a return on there investment  |  IP: Logged Richard Fowler Film God Posts: 2392 From: Ft. Equipment purchases evolved into a good / better / delux packages....nothing ever junk but usually the best bang for the buck based on the conditions of the moment  |  IP: Logged
