If it is a five-screen you might want to check how good the soundproofing is between auditoria. Especially if the building has been converted from a single large auditorium.

Tim, I really don't mean to rain on your parade, but have you scoped out the competition in your area? It could be very dangerous to retrofit a five-plex, only to have one of the big guys build on top of you.

If you have done your homework and are the only game in the immediate area, then by all means procede and listen to what the folks on this site are telling you.
