My point with the above post was, in many forums if you break a rule or two you might get flamed at worst. In this forum, there are a few that will get you banned if you even break'em once. So if I were you I'd take five minutes and read them.

On topic, I will agree that USL is great about repairs. When we installed DTS about 13 years ago, it did not work with our USL processor. (Our dealer had told us it WOULD work, but it didn't, I'm not sure why.) He got on the phone with USL and they overnighted a brand new processor, even though our previous one was far out of warranty. I was very impressed with that...that's really standing behind your dealers.
