Before attempting to downgrade the firmware (if you can get a copy), be sure that it is possible/advisable to do so. Many products do not support downgrading of firmware, and results can be unpredictable at best. At the least they should be able to arrange either a repair/exchange where DTS sends you a refurbished unit to replace your unit that you send back to them or a loaner processor to get you back on screen while the dts is repaired.  |  IP: Logged
