I am not sure, but I think the fusehoder is the 348 series from Littlefuse. If so, you can order the entire fuseholder from Mouser at this link Littlefuse 348

Louis, I am doing very well, thanks. I lurk around here a lot, but rarely post these days. The last year and a half has been very tied up with adopting a 14 year old boy from Latvia. In fact my wife, daughter, and adopted son are there now finishing up all the paperwork. This makes child #7 for me. I am really getting too old for this, but it is hard to say no to a child in such need. (Sorry, not trying to hijack this thread.)
