If you left the show with a headache, it was certainly the presentation. "Bob, I saw the Polaroid info sheet about the Sync and control kits they sent to the theaters. We have one of those Sync control boxes still in the booth of the Paramount. I wondered how it worked so this was the first info I've seen on this." John, is that the Paramount in Austin? The sync unit is still in the booth? That's pretty amazing, considering they were installed 59 years ago! Any chance you could post some pictures? I still remember Universal International's IT CAME FROM OUT OF SPACE having great 3-D effects and I enjoyed the film very much. I was about fifteen years old when I saw it it I just saw THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN about a week ago in Real D and although the 3-D was very good. it was no way as good as any dual projection films of the fifties.
