Although the article isn't quite as detailed as I might have liked, it's definitely yet another aid for any future archivist or other person who may be faced with being responsible for a transfer to DCP of some older movie(s). An awareness of these issues is critical to making the digitized versions accurately replicate the image(s) of the original movie. Thanks for doing the additional searching. (I note that some of the links also still work, in particular the one about "scope and flat apertures", which is good and has a really good item in the "read more" link at the bottom.
