Pronounced fack-e-o. the imperitive form is fac (you know how to say it). If I were to command you in Latin, I would use fac to tell you to make, or "do" something. The language is a bit much sometimes, but after a while I've found it to be simply amusing (particularly the episode about Wu's dead dope couriers). Overall I feel that it gives a prety accurate depiction of the west. Theres dirt and mud, brothels and booze everywhere. I've watched too many westerns and civil war movies where there is no dust or grime... We have a group here that watches each episode at least two or three times with Tivo no less to pick up all the nuance. The language is the language. It does not bother me a bit as I went to Oakland inner city schools and the Key System buses where I lost all sensitivity to MF and any and all derivatives. I do doubt these were the actual cusswords, but I'm sure there were others just as good. Let's not forget, at least in part it's comedy or farce. Seriously, if you can't handle the language you should probably be watching teletubbies or some other show on PBS, Not HBO. I just started watching season one off of netflix. I had seen some new episodes but nothing made sense to me without seeing it from the beginning. I have only seen the first six or seven episodes so far, but I'm liking it. I don't seem to be as, for lack of a better term, inolved with it as the Sopranos. I like the Seth Bullock characer the best so far. I think Big Love is going to turn out to be a better show in the long run, though.  |  IP: Logged
