I've got to admit that the presentation from the digital projector was impressive so I'm ready to jump into the "digital cinema is coming soon" camp. Dustin: It IS an improvement over just commercials back to back. They have tried to make it an entertainment piece but who finds commercials entertaining? They're CLEARLY geared solely toward advertising the movie, or television program, or what have you. But I'll take them (and even the damned Fanta commercial!) over those horrid TNT Drama Shorts!!! It seems if you loose enough patronage, then you have smaller attendance numbers to show whoever's buying time on the pre-show slot. Advertisers don't pay good money to advertise where less people are. We're already having to send one back to be replaced. Bad lamp socket.
