We use one projector for each eye. This also allowed a bigger screen due to the extra light on screen from 2 projectors. Two $40 circularly polarized filters taped to the portholes would do the trick. You'd still need a silver screen though. But I'm curious how you sync them up. Are the two images being fed from two separate servers?
