Even not having experienced "IMAX Digital" yet I sort of know what to expect from doing a good bit of giant sized image design work myself. Since I've already seen a good bit of 2K D-cinema content, I can easily say that pixel grid is plainly visible when sitting in the first few rows of a modest sized auditorium. And I'm talking about something under 200 seats. IMAX had better keep its 15/65 cameras and 15/70 projectors running or its business will be dead.
