I'm sure that the studios are aware of this - why there is only a small handful of 3D releases coming for the rest of the year along with the next.

Do it rarely just to keep the public interest alive and to keep "testing the waters" if other manufacturers might be making their own versions of 3D equipment-to have their own "little war on who's better than who.."
