Author Topic: AV Cinema Scale Pro II Greg Routenburg Expert Film Handler Posts: 178 From: Toronto, ON, Canada Registered: May 2003 posted 09-28-2016 08:25 AM                     The issue, as it turns out, was that we were sent the incorrect power supply. The supply that was provided has an identical end on it but only outputs 5V rather then the requisite 12V. It even says Gefen on it so it must be for a different unit of theirs. Not sure. Anyways, I put a proper 12V supply on it and all is well.  |  IP: Logged
