By paperwork, I assume he means papers sent with the hard disk. But I won't speak for him...

Yep, the paperwork that nobody looks at! (What a waste of paper that is. The ONE piece of information that would be useful is "what's new this week" and they don't include that!)

I'm also surprised that they sent that trailer out on a USB stick AND put it on Trail Mix. I suppose they wanted to cover all bases. But it would be nice to let the rest of us know what's going on.
