My main concern with S196 is whether we meet the criteria for "Review Room" which, IIRC, RP98 does not address.
Upon re-reading RP98, I see that it does address Review Rooms in some measure. Curiously, it requires Review Rooms to have EXACTLY 16fL at the screen center, whereas S196 allows 14-18fL at the center.
