It sometimes takes them a while to ok your account (it is free), but then you can browse all of the info on your projectors. The Info-T section will show information updates for each model of projector. You can also download the manuals too. I do not know if theater level access allows you to download firmware for your projector, and I would not recommend it if it does, as you need to be properly trained before attempting any updates.  |  IP: Logged Carsten Kurz Film God Posts: 4340 From: Cologne, NRW, Germany Registered: Aug 2009 posted 01-16-2014 11:29 AM                     A technician indicated to me multiple times that recent OSRAM bulbs may have issues with certain residuals on the bulb surface (possibly evaporating from their more recently used foam packaging). These would actually short the ignition voltage over the outer glas bulb. He could improve ignition by cleaning these bulbs thoroughly with ethanol. Could be worth a try, as it costs nothing but a few sips of yer favorite treat... - Carsten  |  IP: Logged
