The manual, you refer to, is an installer's manual. That is not just given out to everyone. A simple policy I have is...I don't post passwords...of ANY level. Nobody else seemed to make a point about those. And those are not mentioned in the manual and although they're something like a shared secret, they're not meant to be shared on public fora. Yeah, I do think twice before I post such information on-line. But then again, what harm can anyone possibly do by sharing a bunch of default logins for a widely deployed system? One you're supposed to change, if you want to protect it in any meaningful way.
