Stephan, I'm leery of trying that right now because it is working. We have to manually switch the format, but it works. If I reset and can't get it working, then I may be down for a couple days.

I'd contact USL about it. As you still seem to have this bypass blinking, I would first rule out the power supply. Factory reset or a malfunctioning firmware update could leave you with an unusable or bricked unit.
