I can log in, search for "spheres", and get a list of titles. Click on one and I get the name with buttons for "Download Now" and "Add to My Downloads". But slicking either pops up "Please select assets below". But I can't select them: I have a "X" clear box button and a search button that just leads me back again. I tried this in Opera, Firefox, Chrome, and IE. We do have an Asset Centre login and we'd downloaded the Spheres and Countdown trailers (which seem to be the only two still distributed) from there -- they've had quite a few plays by now! Oddly, we've tried to register for the Customer Portal twice now and have been declined each time. Dave (or anybody else), I'd be more than happy to pass on the trailers from the Asset Centre if you're having trouble registering, assuming that's allowed. Though the downloads seem to be working for me so maybe it's been fixed.  |  IP: Logged
