I was really surprised because I know they were the hottest thing years ago, so I asked if he was sure no one was selling them. He said, yes, he's been making a point when he goes to different theatres to ask for Bon-Bons. He said most young concessions kids have no idea what he's talking about. He Goodled it and came up with nothing. I did the same and, yes, there are plenty things named Bon-Bons from hard candies to lip gloss to pajamas, but not the Bon-Bons we all remember -- chocolate coverd ice cream. Can time have flown by that quickly that I never noticed that Bon-Bons, which were sold in almost every theatre I ever patronized, are no more? Anyone know when THAT happened? Movie Bites are similar to Bon-Bons. We used to sell them, but not too many customers purchased them. Plus, we had an idiot assistant manager that somehow managed to unplug our stockroom freezer..creating a royal mess. Ever try to clean the bottom of a freezer that has melted ice cream in it???? They replaced them with Movie Bites, then quite selling them. (I'm assuming the latter are cheaper.) Anyway, we've received nothing but compliments. Our customers really seem to enjoy the Hot Heads.
