The examples given are well intended, but most of the public would be totally lost with all that info thrown at them. They can't retain it. Cut out all un-needed words. If you've ever had a answering machine that lets you hear what's going on on the other end during the call, you'd understand. Wonder why you get 4 gazziollon phone calls a day? Because most customers call 3-4 times before they can concentrate enough to retain the info they need. Way too many. Set it as low as possible. I almost hung up thinking it wasn't going to pickup. The sound quality is good and it still works even if the phone line itself is out of order. It will also answer multiple lines at one time (at least the service I use on my home phone does).
