I know people make spelling mistakes here and there but for people that really have a problem with spelling, use the damn thing that Brad, Daryl, Adam (all the same person) took the time to add in... I'm not picking on you if your not a good speller, many of my friends are horrible! Spell check is their best friend. She did not know I figured it out. I pulled her aside, sent her home and explained that to this point her work was exceptional but if she ever came to work hung-over again, her job would be gone.
