If you say it won't happen again, why didn't you use it? I know people make spelling mistakes here and there but for people that really have a problem with spelling, use the damn thing that Brad, Daryl, Adam (all the same person) took the time to add in...

I'm not picking on you if your not a good speller, many of my friends are horrible! Spell check is their best friend. [Smile]

Now grammar, that is my problem, when are we adding in a grammar check? [thumbsup]

I only remember one instance of an employee coming in hung-over. She did not know I figured it out. I pulled her aside, sent her home and explained that to this point her work was exceptional but if she ever came to work hung-over again, her job would be gone. She is now an assistant manager and doing very well.
