This company being half owned by each of the two respective companies. Wow! - won't this put half the screen ad companies out of business in the U.S. ???? It also makes you wonder what will happen to the future of the movie biz - "REGAMCE", not really catchy..... BTW: In someone's earlier post they made a comment about "Companies scrambling to avoid bankruptcy". You didn't know that half the bankruptcies in the theatre industry were planned? Yep - it was in their business plan to expand the company long term and shed the money losing locations..... And with this, we see ill-performed presentations of scratched, out of focued, bad sound quality, the usage of opaque taped movies. Also, we see mis-operated management structures and employees representing themselves as ones who give a bad appearance to the customers of "why are you here? You're wasting my time."
