What's the 4th of July again? No, seriously, the 4th of July is lost on most people here in America. Today its just a day to party outside in the summer sun and go see fireworks that night. The Tea Act of 1773 called for a two cent tax on every pound of dried tea leaves sold by the British East India Company to the colonial subjects in America.
