If I were you I would stay. I Have transfered through at least 20 theatres, and it has sucked 95% of the time. unless you are thinking about staying with the company long term, or you hate the people you work with, I would just stay and wait until something opens up at your own theatre. I used to Manage the Madstone in Chandler off Ray rd. (the old AMC) and it took a year before I really settled in, but then it closed down about a year after that. The theatre you are at now has more job security.
