At the same time, % to studios in not going down. As long as a minimum on a film run is met why not reduce the amount you pay for the film. After all, it is a percent of the box, isn't it? Getting people in the door and purchasing concession seems to be the key to profit. At my theatre, this correlation is not there. My ticket prices have increased in the past 4 years, and my average per cap has gone from 3.2 to 3.4.  |  IP: Logged
