The Taiwanese toilets sound like the typical Asian squat-style. No hand-drying capability of any kind is also typical. Almost anywhere in Asia, one is expected to carry a handkerchief or supply one's own tissues. Travelers beware!

Back to the shit bombs. [Big Grin]

Old women hover. They don't want to put their bums down on the toilet seat so they just hover over the pot and let it rip.

My mother used to work in the Ladies Apparel department at a Macy's branch store. She used to tell me stories like this on an almost daily basis. She says it's because they hover.

She's also seen shit grenades go off in the women's fitting rooms. Apparently, they can't find the restrooms before they have to go, so they just let it fly in any convenient place. [bs]

I've never understood why women (or anyone) "hover." Take a wad of paper towels and wipe the seat off (using water if necessary) and then just park it. Have a little confidence in your immune system. It's not like your butt skin is going to soak up the germs. You probably pick up more bugs from the door handle getting in and out of the restroom.

Seriously!

If a restroom isn't up to my standards I will go somewhere else, of course. But, if I think the seat may need a "touch up" before I sit down, my first stop is at the paper towel dispenser. Just add a little warm water and wipe.

What's the big deal?

Penn and Teller did a show on safety hysteria on their Bullshit show, and did some tests that pretty said public restrooms that are kept clean are pretty safe.

Here's ANOTHER shit case:

Ushers cleaning #2 theatre found a BIG #2 in front of a seat where a woman of questionable intelligence had been sitting earlier. The woman was known for coming to see the Disney film, "WILD HOGS" almost every week of its run. She always bought a LARGE popcorn with tons of butter added. She was known as the Butter Lady. She also always wore the same clothes, and judging from the smell, she rarely bathed.

Anyway, when questioned, she denied doing anything, but when pressured by security, she blurted out that she had gone in the corner.

We banned her. All the employees rejoiced!

Two nights later, she returned. Said she had been to the doctor and wanted to see Wild Hogs again. She didnt get in.

A bad thing for me: I discovered that this woman lives in the house right behind MY home. Her house faces the other street, but it is her. Now, anytime I am in my back yard, I get cursed at from her house, loudly, and have been told by a friend that works at the local grocery store, that she is bad-mouthing me to anyone that will listen to her there.

The story will continue, I'm afraid...

We also believe that this woman was responsible for the shitting of our handicapped stall in the ladies room 2 nights before this happened. She was there.

Ya see..

Here's what I don't understand... unless woman in question was spotted by someone taking a dump in the theater, how could any employee/staff question her about it?

I guess it depends (no pun intended) on the company you work for.. I know that Carmike, or at least my district/division levels sup's would NOT have backed me up had this occurred in my location.. should, as one would say, the shit hit the fan...

One of the great things about working in an independent house is that you can deal with the assholes at street level without being concerned with the assholes in the ivory tower who never worked with the public at all. Maybe somebody should detonate a shit grenade in their executive suite restroom.

Someone projectile-vomited all over the mens room at a place I worked. It's one of the grossest things I've ever seen: All over the walls, the floor, one of the stalls, etc. I was working swing shift then, and the regular night cleaning crew refused to clean it up. They had to call in someone else to take care of it as a "specialty job". [puke]

Jason,

Long time no see!

Security singled her out after seeing her walking down the hallway from said theatre with brown ooze on her leg.

Nasty stuff.

Im not too worried about her rants toward me. I had nothing to do with her being banned, and was not even there that night.

At my wedding reception two years ago my wife and I found a shit storm in both the mens and womens bathrooms. It was apparently set by my sisters kids friends (who were never invited). They caused all kinds of damage to the church where we had our reception.

Instead of getting to our honeymoon suite, we stayed cleaning up the shit storm of hells spawn for three and a half hours.

My sister refused to apologize because "kids will be kids" is her answer.

I have not spoken to her since, nor do I ever intend to. Most of the family has also cut her off for that reason, as they thought it was abhorrent of her to bring uninvited people and then not stick around to fix the mess they make, forcing the bride and groom to clean it up.

I hate people sometimes.

Ciao

Dave, this is one of the worst pranks I could think of -- people doing such a thing at a wedding reception -- at a church of all places. That's about as hateful a prank as I could think of.
